Let’s say you want 6 pack abs. If you wake-up early, you can do ab workouts first thing. Ab workouts get done at the beginning of the day, they’re done consistently (without other things getting in the way), and you get them over with.  

   

If you’re like most teens, you have to get up early for school.  

   

If you make rising early a habit during summer, it will be easy to get up for school. You will form the habit during the summer, so you won’t have to struggle with sleep during the school year. […]
